Seasons RestaurantMother's Day BrunchThis is our second year in a row at Seasons for Mother's Day brunch. The service improved greatly. The atmosphere was much more elegant than last year where everything seemed overpopulated and chaotic. The food is generally very good for a buffet/stationed brunch.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat people watchingWent here for lunch May 11. Only reason it didn't get outstanding service was that the waitron must not have taken note of who ordered what. Generally, that would be a big mark against, but the service from the valet to the greeter & staff was all so good.
I had corn bisque & the shrimp & crab salad. Everything was fresh & good.
Best part was the people watching. Lots of crazy handbags, international people, business people & the casual well-to-do.
Overall, a great experience that I'll do again.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing but expensiveThis brunch was absolutely incredible. Clearly lived up to its name as the best in DC area. The dessert room was filled with delicious choices & the seafood and salad choices were all yummy. The bill was rather shocking, though. Terribly pricey at $80 a person. Even though we loved the food, the price tag would make us think twice about going again.5/5/2013 12:00:00 AMA DC Brunch Must! The Seasons once again impressed me! Our food was perfect and the service exemplory. I had two new guests join me and they were thrilled with the flavors - a few highlights, the lobster salad with crustini, the crab with mango salsa, the Beef in Cafe au lait sauce, the white and green asparagus salad with pecorino cheese, the lamb, and the mac and cheese with scallions and goat cheese, and the desserts were impeccable too - and it may sound simple but the cafe mocha was excellent too. From being greeted at the Valet, down to the restaurant where we were treated as if we were important royalty, the experience of dining at The Seasons is the ultimate brunch destination; please do get there and experience divine decadence as only they can do!5/5/2013 12:00:00 AMBest Sunday Brunch in DCThe podium experience was underwhelming. We had to change our table because the initial assigned table was unstable and wobbly. Once settled, the experience was exceptional. Selection was varied and exquisite. The seafood selection was by far the best! The Korean station did not mesh with the rest of the offerings. The brunch could do without it. Maybe it should be a crepe station. The cappuccino was not part of the brunch and had an additional price. That was tacky. Overall the experience was exceptional.5/5/2013 12:00:00 AMMy friend and I take eachMy friend and I take each other out for breakfast on our respective birthdays, and we ALWAYS go to Seasons. The food is excellent (though expensive!) and our waiter this year was wonderful--attentive, charming and not intrusive. The hostess is always gracious and makes us feel as if we are valued guests.4/25/2013 12:00:00 AMOne of the best brunches weOne of the best brunches we have ever enjoyed. Expensive, but outstanding4/14/2013 12:00:00 AMWe wanted somewhere nice toWe wanted somewhere nice to celebrate my 50th birthday, and brunch at Seasons could not have been more special. Since it was Easter Sunday, I'm not sure how it compares with a normal Sunday brunch but the quality of the food and the attention to detail was spectacular.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMHappy Birthday to usI surprised my fiance with Sunday brunch for his birthday. He was blown away by the distinguished but comfortable and airy setting, the array of amazing food, and the freshness and quality of the food. Favorites were the raw bar, the bottomless mimosas and coffee, and the fantastical, Wonka-like "dessert room." Our service was attentive but not intrusive, always present for drink refills without being asked, and fulfilled our every request promptly (eg, ordered a side of pancakes, asked for new napkins, cleared "finished" plates). The price was very expensive, but my fiance and I were thrilled with our entire experience, and he wants to make this an annual tradition from here forward.3/24/2013 12:00:00 AMTHE ABSOLUTE BEST!Brunch at the Four Seasons hotel was absolutely amazing! Probably the best I have ever had! The service, the food, the variety, and the Italian coffee...were all out of this world!! But then again I guess that is to be expected from a FIVE start hotel. I will definitely be visiting again!....P.S make sure you are hungry when you go as the food varietals are abundant!!3/24/2013 12:00:00 AMThe MOST wonderful brunchThe MOST wonderful brunch in the DC area...perhaps on the east coast. DO NOT miss this. Be advised, a bit expensive compared to others but the seafood is NOT to be missed. WONDERFUL3/17/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat way to end the yearWe always enjoy brunch at Seasons, but this visit was even better than their usual excellence. The service was great - glasses always filled, plates removed promptly and silverware replaced quickly. The food was wonderful, with the minor exception of desserts being very good but no one wow item. Yes, it's expensive, but it's worth it, particularly since it's the main (and maybe only) meal of the day.12/30/2012 12:00:00 AMThe Thanksgiving Day brunchThe Thanksgiving Day brunch was everything one expects from the Four Seasons. There were no lines, no waits, excellent service and food to delight everyone. The inventive combinations of vegetables in the cold salads were amazing. The seafood was fabulous and the crab cakes memorable. Superlatives can not convey the experience. This place is first on our Christmas list.11/22/2012 12:00:00 AM
