    Our only memorable meal in a week spent in Jackson was at the Silver Dollar Grill. Bison tenderloin was cooked perfectly medium rare as ordered and fork tender. Grilled Idaho trout was also well prepared and seasoned, still moist. Sides of mashed potatoes and mixed veggies were fair. Bread was crusty and delicious. We shared a creme brûlée (peanut butter!) which was also very good. Since we were dining in the off-season, entrees were 2 for 1, and wines by the glass were half price. Would go back....More
